Cherry Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 4-5 cups pitted fresh Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • Pie topping (try our Oatmeal crumb topping)

Instructions

  • Roll out pie dough and refrigerate until ready
  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Mix all ingredients (except the topping) together in a bowl
  • Pour mixture into prepared pie plate
  • Top with desired topping
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes (or until crust is golden brown & juices are thick & bubbly)
