Key Lime Pie Recipe
The tart filling pairs nicely with a sweet graham cracker crust

  1. 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 3/4 cup fresh key lime juice
  4. 1 Tablespoon grated lime zest
  5. Graham cracker crust
  1. Blind bake pie dough (see our blind baking post)
  2. Preheat oven to 350°
  3. Combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes until tiny bubbles form (do not cook to brown)
  5. Chill pie completely before serving
