Fresh berry pie with a peanutbutter crumb topping

Ingredients
  1. 4 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  2. 2 cups Blueberries
  3. 1 cup Blackberries
  4. 1 1/2 cups Raspberries
  5. 1/2 cup white sugar
  6. 3 tablespoons Tapioca
Topping
  1. 3/4 cup Flour
  2. 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  3. 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  4. pinch of Salt
  5. 3oz Peanutbutter
  6. 1oz Butter
Instructions
  1. Roll out pie dough and refrigerate until ready
  2. Preheat oven to 400°
  3. Toss berries with sugar and tapioca
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain
Meanwhile, make the topping
  1. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, sugar & salt
  2. Using your hands, thoroughly mix in the peanutbutter and butter
  3. Pour berry mixture into prepared pie shell, top with peanutbutter topping
  4. Sprinkle lightly with sugar
  5. Bake 45-60 minutes until top crust is browned and juices are thick & bubbly
